A private sunset gathering at The Observatory for client appreciation, founder hosting, creative conversations, intimate celebrations, or small team gatherings that deserve a beautiful golden-hour setting with river, skyline, and parkland views.

Exclusive Access: Enjoy the property as a whole, including the Geode, skyline and river-view gathering areas, lawn + decks, chilled dipping pool, bathroom, appropriate Executive Hub access as needed, with light on-site host support.

Time: 5:30 PM and 9:30 PM (4 hours)

Guests: up to 20. 

After checkout: Request your date by July 1, 2026. Gatherings must be held by September 22, 2026. Your reservation fee applies toward the final booking price, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your gathering.
